Buying and selling rules

1. Concepts

1.1. Seller – a private or legal person whose goods are sold on the Zelto platform. You can find the specific Seller's links with each product and in the order information.

1.2. Zelto / Platform – electronic marketplace (Marketplace), administered by Dosata, MB (company code 305604609), at https://www.zelto.lt. In certain cases, Dosata, MB can also act as an intermediary for the Seller.

1.3. Buyer – public natural person (user) or legal entity purchasing goods on the Platform.

1.4. Item with damaged packaging / Open-Box – a quality item that is not brand new (may be for display, returned by the buyer, damaged packaging), its condition and possible visual defects are indicated in the description.

1.5. Zelto Protection – an additional paid service that provides the Buyer with extended conditions for returning, shipping or servicing goods.

1.6. Rules – this document, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.

2. General provisions

2.1. These Rules are a binding legal agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. The buyer confirms the Rules by ticking the box at the time of ordering.

2.2. Zelto acts as an intermediary between the Buyer and the Seller. The purchase-sale contract is concluded directly between the Buyer and the Seller.

2.3. The seller reserves the right to change the Rules. The purchase agreement is subject to the Rules in force at the time of placing the order.

3. Product Information and Use of AI

3.1. Product description and technical characteristics are provided with each product.

3.3. Although the Platform makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information, the AI ​​system only identifies defects visible in the photos.

• If the received product has significant functional defects (e.g. does not work, function does not work) that were not mentioned in the description, this is considered to be of poor quality and the Buyer has all warranty rights (see Clause 8).
• If the product has minor visual defects that were visible in the photos or mentioned in the description, this is not considered a product defect.

4. Conclusion of the contract and payment

4.1. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer places the order and makes the payment.

4.2. Payment can be made usingSwedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele , andBank of Šiauliai electronic banking services. Payments are available ineuros. Payments are processed using theMakeCommerce.ltpayment platform.

4.3. The VAT invoice is provided to the Buyer electronically after the goods have been shipped.

5. Delivery and acceptance of goods

5.1. Goods are delivered via courier services or picked up locally in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

5.2. The delivery time is specified for each product.

6. Withdrawal from the contract and returns (14-day right of withdrawal)

This section governs the standard terms for customers who have not purchased Zelto Protection.

6.1. Pursuant to Art. 6.228¹ of the CC (and the relevant LV/EE acts), the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving the goods.

6.2. Return conditions (standard):

• The product must be unused by the Buyer and not lose its appearance or functional properties.
• The cost of direct product return is paid by the Buyer.
• The buyer must take care of the safe packing of the product and sending it to the address specified by the seller.

6.3. Money is returned to the Buyer within 14 days from the day when the Seller receives the returned item and makes sure that it is not damaged.

7. Zelto Protection - Extended Terms of Service

This section applies only to the purchase of the Zelto Protection service.

7.1. Buyers who purchase Zelto Protection are granted the following additional benefits, which enhance (but do not remove) standard rights.

8. Product quality and warranty

8.1. The warranty period depends on the product type:

• New product — 24 months legal guarantee according to EU directives.
• Open-Box (unused / used) — 12 months, unless otherwise stated in the description.
• Refurbished — the warranty is specified for each product separately in the description.
• Not tested / for parts — the warranty does not apply; item is sold as is.

8.2. If the product is of poor quality (has hidden defects), the Buyer has the right to demand a free repair, replacement or refund.

9. Liability and Dispute Resolution

9.1. The buyer is responsible for the security of his login data.

9.2. If the product is returned damaged, incomplete or of a different value than it was sent, the Seller has the right to demand compensation for the decrease in the value of the product.

9.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. When the buyer applies to Zelto, the answer is provided within 14 days.

9.4. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer has the right to apply to:

10. Privacy Policy

10.1. The buyer's personal data is processed in order to fulfill the order (on the basis of GDPR). Detailed information on data processing, storage terms and Buyer's rights is provided in a separate document"Privacy Policy".

10.2. By approving these Rules, the Buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the Privacy Policy.
